80 year old Certified Medication Aide at PineCrest has no plans to retire anytime soon. “I’m so blessed to be still working at 80 years old,” she said.
An opportunity arose recently for the group to partner with Woodland Heights Hospital to provide a hat and blanket for the babies born there.
“I decided to go for my CNA, which led me to a program at what was then known as Grace Care,” she recalled. “That’s where I first met Lawanda.”
Gage knew she would be facing a big decision. The experience had the potential to be emotionally overwhelming, so as she drove, she prayed, “Dear Lord, give me some sort of sign.”
